asweigart/pyautogui ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple Python package that lets regular people automate their computer screen without dealing with operating system details. I want to be able to move the mouse to screen coordinates, click, double click, move relative to the current position, type text, press single keys, hold keys, and send keyboard shortcuts like copy and paste.

It should work on Windows, macOS, and Linux as much as possible, using the primary monitor. Also include basic popup boxes for alerts, confirmations, text prompts, and password prompts. Add screenshot support so a user can capture the screen, save an image, and find a small image on the screen so they can click the center of it.

Please make the API feel very easy to use from a Python shell, with clear examples in the README, sensible tests where possible, and installation notes for each operating system. Look up current docs online if you need to.
