Build me a desktop app for Mac and Windows called OpenDot, where I can create a team of AI helpers called Dots that each do one job really well.

I want to be able to describe a Dot in plain English, give it tools it can use, and have the app generate its name, personality, emoji, and look. The app should keep everything local on my computer, mask private info before sending anything to a cloud model, and ask for approval before doing risky actions.

Also include a “SuperDot” mode that can answer questions by asking multiple Dots at once, with citations, and an “Organisation” view where I can run a project with different department Dots like engineering, product, design, and support. That project view should show a plan I can edit and approve, then a board with to do, in progress, in review, and done.
