Build me a web browser for power-users, a real "hacker's browser" that's designed for productivity. The main thing is that it should be completely keyboard-driven, inspired by the way editors like Emacs and Vim work, so you barely need to touch the mouse.

It should have some really smart features. I want to be able to switch between tabs with fuzzy search, just by typing a few letters of the title. It should also let me do things to multiple items at once, like opening a whole group of bookmarks. And speaking of bookmarks, they should be powerful, letting me add tags and search with complex queries. A killer feature would be a tree-style history, so I can see the branches of pages I've visited and never lose my place. The whole browser should be infinitely extensible, maybe using a language like Lisp.

Are you gonna build this?
