Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a GNOME Shell extension that gives the desktop a nice blurred glass look in the main shell areas. I want blur options for the top panel, overview, dash or dock, popup menus, calendar and notifications, app folders, screenshot selection, lock screen, and optionally app windows too. The settings should be easy to use and let me choose static blur or live blur where it makes sense, tweak opacity, colors, corner radius, and turn blur off automatically in cases like fullscreen, when a window gets too close to the panel, or when entering overview.

I also want a more advanced section for static blur pipelines, so people can create and edit reusable effect chains, reorder effects, and use things like gaussian blur, pixel style effects, and rounded corners. For app window blur, include focused window behavior plus whitelist and blacklist modes. Please make it play nicely with common GNOME extensions like dock and panel replacements. If anything about current GNOME extension APIs changed, look up the latest docs online and make it work cleanly.
