Build me a simple app for easy recipes in Spanish.

I want a clean, friendly site where people can browse recipes, search by name or ingredient, and open a recipe to see ingredients, steps, prep time, and servings. It should feel fast and simple on mobile, with nice recipe cards, a basic category filter, and a way to save favorite recipes. If it makes sense, add a home page with featured recipes and a section for popular categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and healthy options.

Keep the design modern and easy to use, with clear buttons and readable text. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead. I mainly want something that looks polished and works well for someone who just wants to find and follow a recipe without any clutter.
