Build me an AutoVM style web panel for managing VPS machines on VMware ESXi. It should be useful for a small hosting company that wants customers to log in and manage their own virtual server without staff doing everything manually.

The panel should let admins connect to ESXi, create and assign virtual machines, attach IP addresses and network adapters, track bandwidth and traffic usage, and assign an existing VM to a customer. Customers should have their own simple area where they can see their VPS details and basic management options. Include support for automatic provisioning after a successful payment and a way to connect with WHMCS or at least leave clear integration points for it.
