Build me a Neovim plugin that makes editing code feel like using Cursor, right inside Neovim.

I want to be able to chat with an AI about the file I am working on, get smart suggestions, and apply the changes back into my code with one quick action. It should support a project instructions file in the repo root, so I can tell it how to behave for each workspace. Please make it work cleanly with a few different AI providers, and if possible include a local option too.

I also want a simple zen mode that feels more like a chat based coding assistant, while still staying inside Neovim. Keep the setup easy, make the defaults sensible, and add clear docs for how to install and use it. If you need to check current docs for Neovim or provider APIs, look them up online.
