avelikiy/great_cto ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local tool for solo founders that helps an AI coding agent take a product from idea to live app with just two approval points. I want to be able to run something like npx great-cto init, then restart my agent and type a simple command like /start "build a dispatch and scheduling app for an HVAC business".

It should break the work into specialist steps like planning, architecture, backend, frontend, tests, review, security, and deployment, then show progress in a local dashboard on localhost:3141 with the current pipeline, what needs my approval, and rough cost so far. Keep it self contained, run locally, and make it work with Claude Code and Codex. Also include /inbox for blocked items and /digest for a weekly summary. I want the whole thing to feel like a productized workflow, not a generic agent wrapper.
