Build me a Windows app that feels like the classic ping tool, but modern and easy to use. I want to be able to ping one host or monitor several at once, see live latency stats and packet loss, and watch a simple real time graph as it runs. It should also include useful network checks like traceroute, DNS lookup, port scanning, a network scanner for local devices, and a speed test for download, upload, and latency.
