Build me a simple AI assistant notebook that can answer normal questions using a few tools on its own. I want it to use Gemini as the brain, and when a question needs live info, it should automatically decide whether to search the web or check the weather, then put everything together into a clear answer.

Please make it work for things like general facts, recent news style questions, and current weather in a city. I’d like it to read API keys from an env file, be easy to run from the notebook, and include a few example questions so I can test it right away. If you need to look up the current docs for the APIs or LangChain setup, go ahead and do that.

Keep it simple and readable, since I’m mainly trying to learn how a single agent can choose between multiple tools and respond naturally.
