Build me a simple Windows 11 tweaks and setup hub that helps people configure a fresh install without relying on random third party cleaner apps. I want it to feel like a practical collection of safe, readable console scripts and copy paste commands, mostly for things like personalization, Explorer cleanup, Windows Update, Defender related settings, Microsoft Store app cleanup, common app recommendations, FAQs, and ISO install help.

Please make it easy to browse by category, with a clean home page and separate sections for tweaks, apps, FAQ, news, cleanup, and ISO notes. Each tweak should clearly say what it changes, show the command or script, and mention if it needs admin rights or if it is outdated, risky, or archived. Keep the scripts editable and transparent so users can review them before running anything.

I would also like a basic version or release note area and a straightforward layout that works as a lightweight website. Look up current Windows 11 command details online if you need to.
