Build me a read only Amazon Connect assessment tool that I can run against an AWS account and region to check security, resilience, cost, operations, and performance against AWS Well Architected best practices.

I want it to discover Connect instances, inspect contact flows, map what callers actually experience from a phone number through the flow, and produce a polished report with prioritized findings and remediation guidance. The main output should be a self contained HTML report, but it should also be able to export JSON, CSV, and Security Hub compatible output.
