aws/aws-cli ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python based command line tool for working with Amazon Web Services. It should feel like one universal aws command that lets me manage everything from the terminal. I want to run aws configure to set my access keys and default region then do things like aws s3 ls to list buckets or run commands against ec2 and other services. Make it support multiple output formats and built in help for every command and subcommand. Set it up so it installs cleanly with pip preferably in a virtual environment and works across Python 3 versions.
