aws/chalice ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python toolkit for making serverless apps on AWS that feels really easy to use.

I want a small command line tool that lets me create a new project, deploy it, update it, and delete it from AWS. The main thing should be a simple decorator style app, so I can write normal Python functions for routes like a REST API, scheduled jobs that run every few minutes, and handlers for things like S3 uploads and SQS messages.

Please make it so a beginner can start with one tiny app, run a deploy command, and get back a working API endpoint right away. It should handle the AWS plumbing for me, including creating the needed Lambda and API Gateway resources, and it should figure out the IAM permissions automatically when possible.

Use Python and keep it clean and well documented. If you need to check current AWS docs or best practices, go ahead and look them up online.
