Build me a repo that gives AI coding assistants a guided development workflow, basically an AI driven software life cycle people can plug into their editor and use right away. I want it to feel like a set of smart rules that help the agent plan the work, build in phases, run quality and security checks, fix its own mistakes when possible, and still keep the human in control.

Please make it work across the common coding agents mentioned in the docs, like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cline, Kiro, and Amazon Q, with clear setup instructions for each one. Package the rules so someone can download a release zip, extract it, and copy the right folders into their project. Include simple verification steps so users can confirm the rules loaded correctly.

I also want good documentation explaining the adaptive workflow, what each phase is for, and how to use it in a practical way. Keep the output polished and production minded, and look up current docs online if you need to.
