Build me a local pixel perfect clone of the Concept IT Company landing page from their Webflow site. I want it to look and feel like the original page, including the same layout, images, videos, SVGs, animations, smooth scrolling, typed text effect, and Webflow style interactions.

Please make it run locally in the browser with a simple npm install and npm run start flow, opening on localhost. Mirror the site assets into a public folder so it doesn’t depend on the live site for normal images, videos, Lottie files, and styling. Keep the HTML and CSS close to the original so the page matches visually.

The contact or form area doesn’t need a real backend, it can behave like a static Webflow export. If any asset can’t be downloaded because the CDN blocks it, leave it linked remotely and note it clearly. Add a script I can run later to refresh the mirrored assets if the original site changes.
