Build me a small coding agent skill that makes answers shorter, clearer, and easier to act on.

I want it to stop burying the answer, lead with the next step, use numbered steps when there are multiple actions, and keep tangents out. It should sound direct and practical, with no fluffy intros or closers. When there’s a task, the response should show the most useful action first, then the rest in a simple order.

Please make it work as a plugin or skill I can use with coding assistants like Claude Code and Codex, and include the install instructions so I can turn it on easily. Also add the core rules in a clear skill file so I can edit the style later if I want.
