Build me a beginner friendly TensorFlow examples project that helps people learn by running simple notebooks and reading clear code side by side.

I want it to cover the basics first, like hello world, simple math, linear and logistic regression, then move into common neural network examples for MNIST, like a basic dense model, a convolutional model, and an LSTM example. It should also include a few practical things like saving and loading a model, using TensorBoard, loading data, building TFRecords, image augmentation, and one or two more advanced examples like an autoencoder or a GAN.

Please make it easy to follow, with short explanations in the notebooks and code that works out of the box on current TensorFlow 2, while still keeping older TensorFlow 1 examples available if needed. If any current docs or best practices help, look them up online. Also make sure the examples download any common datasets automatically so a beginner can just open a notebook and start learning.
