Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a working Jarvis style personal voice assistant with a Python brain and a clean modern web interface. I want it to listen from the mic, respond with speech, support a wake word like Jarvis, and let me either press a talk button or use a hotkey. The assistant should handle everyday commands like opening apps, files, and websites, doing Google, YouTube, and Wikipedia searches, controlling media, and helping with notes, reminders, and a simple to do flow.

Please make it feel polished and beginner friendly, with visual feedback in the UI and local storage using the included database and contacts data. I also want support for weather and news when API keys are added, plus optional phone control through Android tools if available. If the extra vision features are already in scope, include things like screenshots and OCR in a basic usable way.

The UI should be able to live online, but the assistant logic should run locally on my machine. Make it easy to extend with new commands later. Look up current docs online if you need to.
