Build me a clean React frontend for a project called Shafira using this existing Vite starter. Right now it looks like a blank template, so turn it into a polished and responsive web app foundation that feels ready to show someone.

I want a simple home page with a nice hero section, a clear navigation bar, a few content sections explaining what Shafira is, and a footer. Since there isn’t much product detail yet, use tasteful placeholder copy that I can easily edit later. Keep the design modern, light, and friendly, with good spacing, readable text, and mobile support.

Please organize the code in a way that’s easy to maintain, with reusable components instead of everything being crammed into one file. Don’t add complicated backend stuff or fake login flows unless needed. Make sure it runs with the normal Vite React setup and clean up any default starter content.
