Build me a macOS desktop app that recreates the Grok Bot 0.18 experience as closely as possible, but with a few useful upgrades.

I want it to keep the polished shipped look, while giving me a settings screen where I can choose which provider handles new chats, like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or OpenRouter. It should preserve streaming responses, thinking, reactions, plugin mentions, and tool execution, and it should keep track of local usage totals for providers that report usage.

Also add an option to run the backend in a local Docker sandbox instead of a remote box, with a simple toggle in settings. The app should be safe by default, not overwrite any existing install, and it should package into a working Mac app I can open from a dist folder. If you need to look up current docs online while wiring things up, do that.
