Build me a working omnichannel ecommerce app for a small business, with a customer facing site and the backend needed to manage products, orders, and customers.

I want shoppers to be able to browse products, search and filter items, view product details, add things to a cart, and place an order. If it makes sense, include a clean modern UI, a basic responsive layout, and a smooth checkout flow.

Add sensible sample data, clear setup instructions, and whatever basic validation, error handling, and API routes are needed so the app feels complete.
