Build me a simple local tool for exploring the PriMock57 medical consultation dataset. I want to open the project and easily browse the 57 mock primary care consultations without digging through folders.

The tool should let me pick a consultation, play the audio, read the human transcript, and view the clinician note for that same consultation on one screen. If the transcript has speaker labels or utterance timing, show that clearly and make it easy to jump around. Add a basic search so I can find words or phrases across transcripts and notes, then open the matching consultation.

Please also include a small data summary page showing how many audio files, transcripts, notes, and human evaluation files are present, and flag anything that seems missing or unmatched. Keep it simple and usable for researchers. Use Python since this repo already uses it, and add clear setup instructions, including the Git LFS note for downloading audio.
