Build me a Horizon native mod for the Rust Minecraft client that gives me a familiar Sodium style Video Settings screen, with native Horizon controls and the same kind of clean navigation, search, grouped options, tooltips, Apply, and Undo that people expect from Sodium Extra.

I want the settings menu to feel polished and easy to use, with separate tabs that only show their own settings, their own scroll area, and proper keyboard focus. Include hoverable controls like sliders, click sounds, and scrolling that stays inside the options panel. It should also expose the Horizon renderer options that make sense, like API choices and other native graphics controls, plus the non lighting optimizations described in the README.
