Build me a local app that acts like a Claude compatible proxy for Antigravity, so I can point Claude Code or OpenClaw at it and use Claude or Gemini models through a normal Anthropic style endpoint on my machine.

I want it to run as a small background service on localhost, have simple start, stop, restart, and status commands, and include a web dashboard where I can add and manage Google accounts, see health and account limits, and configure Claude Code settings without editing files by hand. It should support OAuth account linking in the browser, plus a manual copy and paste flow for headless servers. If Antigravity is already installed and logged in, it should auto detect that too.

Make sure requests come in as Anthropic messages, get translated to the Google side, and come back in Anthropic format with streaming and thinking support. Include an easy way to switch between proxy mode and normal paid Anthropic mode in the UI.

Please also surface a very clear warning that using this may risk Google account bans, and suggest using a burner account. Look up current docs online if you need to.
