Build me a native Mac app called ipaverse that makes it easy to download iOS app packages from the App Store, browse older versions, save them to an archive, re sign DRM free IPAs with my own certificate and provisioning profile, and install them straight to a connected iPhone or iPad, all without needing Xcode or Terminal.

I want it to feel like a clean desktop workbench for normal users. It should let me search the App Store, switch between different Apple IDs, change storefront region, and keep account details secure in the Mac Keychain.
