Build me a Vue based admin dashboard for an online food delivery backend, with a clean Element UI style and a polished desktop admin feel.

I want it to include login and logout, permission based access, a main dashboard with charts and summary data, and management pages for users, shops, food items, and admin settings. It should let me add shops and products, edit existing data, and show real time data coming from the server instead of fake placeholders. Please also include a rich text editor page for content entry.

Make it feel like a complete working admin system, with sidebar navigation, routed pages, and a nice responsive layout. Use the current project structure if it helps, and look up any current docs online if you need to. The goal is to recreate the full management experience from the demo, with the same kind of pages and interactions a real operator would need.
