Build me a browser extension that lets me open any website or AI tool in a multi tab sidebar, and also in a popup or mini floating window. I want it to feel like a simple productivity helper, so I can keep ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other sites open side by side without switching tabs all the time.

The main thing should be easy access from the browser, with a clean sidebar experience, and the mini window should stay on top so I can use it while working in other apps too.
