Build me a clean working copy of this project so I can compile and test it in an isolated Windows setup.

I want the Java side to build with Gradle, verify that the recovered sources and assets are all included, and produce the runnable JAR in the build output. If there are any missing or broken pieces, fix them so the project passes its normal checks and the payload verification step.

Also set it up so the native Windows x64 bundle can be prepared from the same repo, with the injector and DLL ending up in the expected build folder.
