Build me a lightweight desktop app that lets me see and control Android phones from my computer over USB or WiFi, without needing root or installing anything permanent on the phone. I want it to feel fast and responsive, with low latency, good image quality, and a simple interface where I can connect a device, start the stream, and interact with it right away.
It should work on Windows, Mac, and Linux, support Android 5 and up with ADB debugging enabled, and handle both single device use and basic group control so I can send actions to multiple phones at once. Please include custom keyboard and mouse mapping for games and apps, with a way to load mapping scripts, refresh them, apply them, and toggle mapping mode on and off while using the phone. Multi touch support would be great too.
Keep the app focused on screen display and control, not a bunch of extra device management features. If anything is unclear, look up current scrcpy and Qt related docs online and make sensible choices.
