Build me a Termux helper that lets Claude Code run on Android without root, proot, or an Ubuntu chroot.

I want one command install from a cloned repo or a curl script, and it should pull in the right dependencies, fetch the real Claude Code binary for the version already installed from npm, and set up a claude launcher that works from ~/.local/bin. If the phone has broken DNS or no usable resolv.conf, make it handle that too so Claude can still reach the API.

Please include commands for install, update, uninstall, doctor, and rebuilding any DNS fix if needed. It should also be smart enough to self heal if npm overwrites the binary later. Keep it working on Android Termux for arm64, and make sure it can fall back to the glibc build in a way that works on devices that normally get the unsupported platform error. If you need current package details or docs, look them up online first.
