beakerbrowser/beaker — reverse-engineered prompt

I want a desktop web browser that feels mostly like a normal browser, but with built in support for peer to peer websites and apps so people can open and create hostless experiences without needing a central server. It should still work with the regular web, and it should expose the extra browser capabilities needed for decentralized apps in a way that feels native inside the app.

Please get this project running from source as a usable app, wire up whatever build steps are needed, and make sure there is a simple development workflow so I can launch it locally and keep working on it. If there are environment settings for things like debug logs, opening a specific URL on startup, changing the user data folder, or testing storage limits, keep those working and easy to use. I know this repo is archived, so if anything is outdated, look up current docs online if you need to and do the minimum needed to make the browser build and start cleanly.
