Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Claude Code plugin and small Go CLI that can read an app repo, figure out what cloud infrastructure it needs, and then generate reviewable OpenTofu infrastructure with a monthly cost estimate before anything is deployed.

I want the workflow to feel simple, like /neckbeard:analyze, /neckbeard:estimate, and /neckbeard:sync, where the agent explains what it found, asks any missing questions, and then scaffolds the infra deterministically from a versioned catalog of tested modules. It should support the common setups in the README, like AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, and either serverless containers or Kubernetes.

Please make it honest about what it can and cannot prove. It should separate static validation from live deployment checks, show clear pass or not exercised results, and never silently overwrite user changes. If you need to look up current docs online while wiring up the plugin or CLI, do that.
