Build me an open source personal cloud I can run on my own Linux box, ideally Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian, so I can keep my files, apps, and AI stuff under my control instead of using public cloud services. I want a polished browser based desktop style portal with core built in apps like files, sync drive, vault, reader, app market, settings, profile, and a dashboard for system health. It should have single sign on across everything, secure app isolation, easy remote access from anywhere, and a simple installer plus a CLI and background service so it feels like a real operating system for a home server.

I also want it to support local AI use cases, like hosting language models, image generation tools, and private search over my own data, while keeping data private.
