bedimcode/login-form — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean responsive login page using simple HTML and CSS. I want it to look like a modern mobile friendly login form with a beautiful full screen background image and a soft glass effect card in the center.

The page should have a title, email or username field, password field, a remember me option, a forgot password link, and a login button. It should feel polished on phones first, then also look good on desktop screens without needing any scrolling or awkward spacing. Please make the design pleasant, with nice spacing, rounded corners, subtle shadows, readable text, and smooth hover or focus states.

Keep it as a small static project that someone can open in the browser right away. Use clean class names and organize the styles so it’s easy for me to edit the colors, background image, and text later.
