Build me a super fast command-line tool for network security, basically a modern port scanner. The most important thing is speed—it should be able to scan all 65,000 ports on a target in just a few seconds.

After it finds the open ports, I want it to automatically pipe that list into Nmap for more detailed analysis. It also needs a basic scripting engine so I can run my own custom follow-up actions on the found ports, maybe using Python or just a simple shell script.

The tool should also be smart and have some kind of "adaptive learning" where it automatically fine-tunes itself to my system and network to get faster and more efficient over time. It needs to handle standard inputs like IPv6 addresses, CIDR ranges, and reading targets from a file.
