Build me a simple web app for a graphic design team to manage work in one place.

I want a dashboard where the team can see tasks, people, status, and workload at a glance. The app should let users sign in with Google, then only show data for approved team members. It should support the full task flow from brief to drafting, review, revision, and completed, including reopening completed work when needed. Every status change should be saved in a history so I can see what happened over time.

Please make separate pages for a dashboard, task list, task details, board view, calendar, team page, reports, and trends. Show each person’s current workload based on active tasks and mark it as low, normal, high, or overloaded. Completed work should stay in the system, not disappear.
