Build me a Claude Code project that can take raw video clips from an inbox folder and turn them into short vertical edits automatically. I want one command that sends each clip to a few helper agents in parallel, cuts out pauses and filler, adds captions, makes a simple cover image, and saves everything into an output folder for review. It should also keep a shared memory of my brand rules, so if I say things like caption style, cover text, or tone, the team remembers that next time.

Please make it safe by default, so nothing gets published or shared without my approval, and the agents can only use the local tools they need.
