Build me an AI powered trading news dashboard for AI Quantum Trader.

I want a clean web app where I can open a news page and immediately see market news coming in from sources like Yahoo Finance, CoinDesk, and simulated Reddit. Each article should be analyzed with AI so it shows whether it feels bullish, bearish, or neutral, how important it is, and what category it belongs to, like market, crypto, finance, or real estate.

Make the feed feel smart, not just chronological. High priority market moving stories should stand out and show up more often, with instant popup alerts when something important arrives. The page should update live without refreshing, and it should look modern and responsive with charts or market style visuals where useful.

Use the existing backend services, frontend, Docker setup, Kafka, Redis, and OpenAI integration that are already in this project. Make it easy to run locally with the included scripts, and look up current docs online if you need to.
