Build me a local Apple device research tool for macOS, Linux, and Windows through WSL that I can run with one simple start script. I want it to detect a connected iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Apple Watch, figure out the chip and supported iOS range, and walk me into DFU mode with clear on screen steps based on the device model. It should automatically install what it needs, build itself, and then give me a guided flow with options like detect only, verbose mode, dry run, and forcing one of the two device handling paths for testing.

Please keep it fully offline and focused on authorized security research and diagnostics only. I also want a clear compatibility table for supported devices, plus whether cellular signal would still work on older versus newer phones. Include a short note that iOS 26.3 and later is still research in progress and not implemented. Keep the command line experience friendly enough that a non expert can just plug in a device and run the script. Look up current docs online if you need to.
