Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Ghidra MCP server that lets AI tools control Ghidra for reverse engineering, with both a GUI plugin and a headless server mode.

I want it to expose a large set of MCP tools for things like analyzing functions, renaming symbols, adding comments, creating types and structures, reading memory, finding strings, following data flow, and running scripts. It should also support batch operations, safe transactions, and clear errors so nothing fails silently. If possible, include support for live debugging, Ghidra Server repository workflows, and P code emulation for function analysis.

Make it easy to run locally and in Docker, and include the setup needed to connect it to Ghidra 12.1.4 with Java 21. Please add sensible defaults, documentation, and a few example workflows so I can test it on real binaries right away. If you need to check current Ghidra or MCP docs online, go ahead and do that.
