Build me a lightweight macOS menu bar app that shows my internet upload and download speed in real time. I want it to feel native and simple, with a clean SwiftUI popover from the menu bar, plus session totals and peak speeds since the app was launched. It should be smart about which network connection it uses, so it prefers Wi Fi or Ethernet and ignores things like VPN or virtual adapters when possible.

I’d also like a couple of useful controls in the panel, like manual refresh, a quick way to open network settings, and a toggle to show or hide the app icon in the Dock. Please make it support both English and Spanish inside the app, and keep it lightweight and privacy friendly, only reading local network interface stats. It should work on macOS 13 or newer, and be a universal app for Apple Silicon and Intel. If anything needs current Apple docs, look them up online.
