Build me a simple C++ backend project that can run behind nginx, and make sure it’s easy to containerize and deploy.

I want the app to compile and run cleanly, with a basic backend service that responds to requests, and an nginx setup that can sit in front of it. Please also make the Docker and Jenkins setup work end to end so I can build and test it in CI without much manual setup.
