Build me a Telegram bot for the 2026 FIFA World Cup that people can actually use day to day. I want commands for today’s matches, live scores, full team schedules, next match, group standings, all groups, top scorers with assists, goals scored today, cards, team info, all teams, and the knockout bracket. It should also send automatic updates like goal alerts, final results, a reminder 30 minutes before kickoff, and a morning digest of the day’s matches.

Please make it work for multiple users, let each person set their own timezone and switch between English and Russian, and make subscriptions easy with simple Telegram commands. It should be reliable if lots of people check standings at once, so cache outside API calls and keep basic rate limiting per user. Store subscribers, language, timezone, and notification state in Redis so the bot can restart without losing anything. I’d like it to run locally with Docker Compose and also be easy to deploy on a Raspberry Pi or small home server. Look up current API docs if needed.
