Build me a Docker based Apache Hive setup that I can start with one command.

I want Hive 2.3.2 running in a container, with HiveServer2 exposed on port 10000 and a metastore backed by PostgreSQL. Please make it easy to configure Hive through environment variables, especially the usual Hive site settings, and include a sample env file I can copy and edit.

I’d like a simple Docker Compose setup for local use, and it should also work for Docker Swarm if possible. If you can, include a way to bring up Presto with a Hive connector too, so I can query the same tables from Presto.

Please keep it easy to test, with a basic example showing how to create a table, load sample data, and connect with beeline. If you need to check current docs or best practices for Hive and Presto, look them up online.
