I want a single repo that acts like a clean archive of my public vulnerability research and proof of concept work.

Please organize it so each finding lives in its own self contained folder with its original files and README kept intact, and then add a strong top level README that explains this is a consolidated archive, links people to contact or collaboration info, includes a contents table for every folder, and notes things like source commit or date added when that makes sense. Also add a simple CVE summary file and a short section explaining the consolidation check so people know the preserved files match the originals.

Keep the tone very much like public research sharing, not a polished product site. Make it easy for someone browsing GitHub to understand what each entry is, what was preserved, and that this is for good faith security research only. If anything is missing, fill in the documentation and structure in a consistent way, and look up current docs online if you need to.
