Build me a Visual Studio template for an EPLAN add in project.

I want it to create a ready to use C# add in starter with a custom wizard that sets sensible defaults for me, like the assembly name pattern, the EPLAN exe as the debug start target, and the Electric P8 argument when I press run. Please include the separate wizard project, the template project, and anything needed so I can export and install the template in Visual Studio.
