Build me a fully local JARVIS style desktop AI assistant that runs on my own computer with LM Studio, so there are no API keys, no cloud calls, and no telemetry.

I want a clean dark desktop app where I can chat with it, see answers stream live, watch what tools it is using, and approve anything risky before it runs. It should remember separate projects, act like a coding assistant, and include an Obsidian compatible second brain where I can save notes, snippets, links, daily notes, and ask questions across everything I have saved.

Add a mission control dashboard that shows whether the local model is connected, system health, memory usage, recent events, the assistant’s current thoughts, emotions, and drives. I also want scheduled bots for things like cleaning up memory, checking code health, watching performance, curating knowledge, and monitoring a homelab.
