Build me a Python tool that takes a list of Norwegian organisation numbers and returns exactly one clean result per company, in the same order as the input.

For each company, I want a terminal envelope with the official facts you can prove, like legal name, address, industry, employees, roles, workplaces, latest annual accounts, filing history, and the company’s real website if it can be verified. Every fact should include where it came from, when it was retrieved, and a short claim span or evidence note. If something can’t be verified, say so clearly instead of guessing.

It should work in batches, keep going even if one chunk fails, save checkpoints, and be able to resume later with the same run id. Please make it respect request limits, robots rules, and safe URL handling, and don’t use any paid APIs or model calls. If you need current docs, look them up online.
