bitnami/charts ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Bitnami style Helm charts repository for Kubernetes, with a clean setup for packaging and publishing multiple application charts that people can install with Helm or from an OCI registry.

I want the repo to feel like a real open source charts project, with good documentation, clear install and upgrade examples, and the usual project pages like contributing, security, and code of conduct. Make it easy to add and maintain charts for popular apps, and make sure the charts are ready for Kubernetes 1.23 plus and Helm 3.8 plus.
